A six-page sketchbook containing pencil sketches probably produced in drawing class. One sketch bears the notation "Mr. Albright has not touched this." The subjects are European rural scenes of cottages and country churches that were probably copied from other illustrations rather than from life. The sketchbook is signed with dates of 1840 and 1841. There were two loose sheets placed in the book, a watercolor sketch of a flower and a pencil note.
